Workshops Return Policy
All workshop purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us in advance and we will issue a credit that can be applied toward a future workshop.

Credits must be used within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to availability.​

Retail Return Policy
All retail purchases (online and in store) are final sale.
​
That said, if there is an issue with your item, please reach out. We want you to love what you take home and will do our best to make it right.

Floral Services Policies
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. No services are secured until the contract is signed and the retainer is received.
​
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will forfeit the retainer, but no additional balance will be due. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are responsible for the full balance.

If you need to reschedule, payments made may be applied as a credit toward a new event date within 12 months, pending availability.
Floral designs are custom and seasonal. While we will honor your overall vision, specific flowers may be substituted as needed based on availability.
